Common questions
How long does a project take?
A Launch Website typically takes 2–4 weeks and a Growth Website 4–8 weeks, depending mostly on how quickly content and feedback come back. E-commerce stores and custom apps get a timeline in their quote after the scoping call.
How does payment work?
Fixed-price packages start with a 50% deposit through PayPal checkout; the balance is due at launch. Add-ons are paid in full when ordered. Care plans and Amorti are billed automatically each month or year through PayPal. Quoted projects follow the payment schedule in your proposal.
Prefer to pay over time? Deposits, add-ons, and a prepaid year of a care plan or Amorti can also be paid in installments with Affirm, subject to approval. A prepaid year doesn't renew automatically.
What counts as a revision round?
One round is a single consolidated set of feedback on the design or build, which we then apply. Launch includes 2 rounds and Growth includes 3. Extra rounds are $350 each.
Who owns the code and assets?
Once your project is paid in full, you own your site's design, content and code. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain under their own licenses.
Is hosting included?
Project packages cover the build and launch. Hosting management and monitoring are part of every care plan, so most clients pair a website package with Essential or Business Care. We can also deploy to hosting you already have.
Can I cancel a care plan or Amorti subscription?
Yes. There's no long-term contract: cancel anytime from your PayPal account or by emailing us, and you keep the service through the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans are billed once a year at 10 months' price.
What's the difference between care plans and Amorti?
Care plans look after your website. Amorti is a separate product that connects your business data (bookings, services, inventory) to AI assistants. Many clients use both.
